CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, the following policies are in place. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next guest.
